THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of a program that provides Veterans and their families with access to virtual health care services. Key responsibilities include implementing the program’s communications strategy, responding to inquiries, and developing briefing and training materials. You will coordinate and support training sessions, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure effective program delivery. The role also requires proven experience in creating and editing communications products such as website content, correspondence, social media posts, presentations, and reports. Additional duties include analyzing data, preparing reports, and producing simple graphic designs using relevant software tools. Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, combined with exceptional attention to detail, are essential for success in this position.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor's degree in a related field AND some years of experience in administration or a related field
OR
College diploma or certificate in a related field AND several years of experience in administration or a related field
Experience
In organizing and administering programs and projects
In preparing reports, correspondence and other communications
In administrative functions and activities
In planning, developing and conducting presentations, seminars, meetings, events, and/or conferences
In budget development and administration
In applying policies, procedures, regulations and relevant legislation
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English Essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset

Oral: Functional Level

OTHER INFORMATION
This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
As part of the selection process, the successful candidate must successfully complete a Reliability status security screening.
This is a temporary position with an anticipated start date of Feb 9, 2026 and end date of March 30, 2029.
