Full Time Parts Advisor at Surgenor Truck Group

We are looking to hire a Full Time Parts Advisor at our 261 Binnington Court location in Kingston, Ontario.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming parts sales requests via phone and in-person
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, and assist with ordering parts as needed
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing superior service at every opportunity
• Locate parts from external sources when necessary
• Collect all required details for special orders
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operation

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, customer-first attitude
• Experience with parts knowledge related to heavy trucks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of safe working practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with management
• Experience in a heavy truck dealership or similar environment is a plus
