Cette personne sera chargée d'établir et de tenir à jour la documentation destinée aux clients, en créant des expériences positives et éducatives qui clarifient les méandres complexes et intrigants de l'édition d'annonces hors du domicile. Il s'agit également d'une excellente opportunité pour une personne qui aime rationaliser les processus et qui a le don de mettre la structure en action.

Comment aurez-vous un impact

• Développez une compréhension approfondie des produits et services Perion.
• Comprendre les attentes et les motivations des clients pour avoir choisi Perion.
• Créer et maintenir un contenu clair, soigné et attrayant dans la base de connaissances de Perion destinée aux clients, comprenant à la fois du texte et des illustrations
• Identifiez et comblez les lacunes de la base de connaissances client de Perion.
• Établir et surveiller les KPI des clients liés à l'utilisation de la base de connaissances et de ce servir des commentaires obtenus pour partager l'information auprès des intervenants internes concernés.
  
  

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour performer dans ce job

• 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur en tant que rédacteur technique.
• Aptitude avérée à apprendre et à comprendre rapidement des sujets complexes.
• Expérience antérieure de la rédaction de documentation et de documents procéduraux pour des publics divers.
• Compétences supérieures en communication écrite, verbale et visuelle, avec un sens aigu du détail.
• Expérience de travail avec des équipes d'ingénierie et de produits pour aider à affiner le contenu et à créer des visuels et des diagrammes pour le contenu du support client.

Technical Writer

About this opportunity

This role will be tasked with establishing and maintaining client-facing documentation, creating positive and educational experiences that clarify the complex and intriguing kinks of digital publishing. This will also be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys streamlining processes and who has a knack for putting structure into action.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop a deep understanding of Perion products and services.
• Understand client expectations and motivations for using Perion.
• Create and maintain clear, polished, and engaging content in Perion's client-facing knowledge base that include both text and illustration
• Identify and fill gaps in Perion's client-facing knowledge base.
• Establish and monitor client KPIs related to knowledge base use and feedback; share with internal stakeholders.
  
  

What do you need to perform in this job

• 2-3 years' industry experience as an effective technical writer.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
• Superior written, verbal and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working with engineering and product teams to help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for client support content.
