Intake Coordinator - Ontario - 6 Month Contract
The Intake Care Access Representative is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate information is in the scheduling system to ensure accurate client service delivery in a professional, confidential, proactive, safe and efficient solution based manner. The Intake Care Access Representative works collaboratively in a team environment and communicates effectively with all members of the team on a regular basis.

- Demonstration of excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Acts in a professional manner consistent with CBI Home Health’s mission, vision and values

- Proven problem solving skills with the ability to establish priorities
- Able to work in a deadline driven high volume, multi-tasking environment while maintaining a results focused approach and attention to detail
- Focus on excellent customer
- Monitors and ensures timely processing of incoming client service requests, and requests for changes or updates to client services within contractual obligations.
- Liaise with customer referral sources as required to ensure customer expectations are met
- Responsible for the integrity of information in Alayacare which would involve data entry, updates of client information, schedules and visits.
- Provide relief in Validation team as required
- Knows and adheres to the formal and informal departmental goals, standards and policies and procedures
- Work with an awareness of health and safety and cooperate towards improved health and safety conditions at work
