Wage: $ 40.00 to 45.00 per hour (as per the collective agreement).
Benefits Package: Benefits (as per existing collective agreement with CLAC) including extended health coverage, dental, optical, prescription drug plan, short term & long-term disability, life insurance, accidental death & disability coverage and emergency travel.
Location of work: Logan Lake, British Columbia
- Project based position working fourteen days on and seven days off working 10 hours per day
- Travel and living out allowance would be provided to those who qualify
- Work will be primarily outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Extended Health & Wellness Benefits provided by CLAC Alberta
- Anticipated start date: January 2026
Essential Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate rubber-tire loaders, including grapple attachments, for material handling and drill rig tooling.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities.
- Maintain equipment in excellent working condition; report and log maintenance needs promptly.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members.
- Lead by example in safety and production, ensuring compliance with all company, client, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years operating rubber-tire loaders in high-traffic environments.
- Hands-on experience with loader grapple attachments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
- Possession of CSTS 2020 certification is an asset
Compensation
This is the applicable wage range for this position. Individuals will be assigned a base wage within this range based on trade certification and/or apprenticeship level, industry experience, and work location.
Remote, site-based positions may be eligible for additional incentives including but not limited to travel and accommodation allowances.
