About the Role
This is a leadership position for someone ready to shape a division’s future. As General Manager, you’ll guide a business with a strong starting point and clear opportunities for expansion. You’ll define priorities, strengthen customer partnerships, and move the division toward long-term, sustainable growth.
You’ll oversee the full operation, including sales performance, day-to-day execution, customer service standards, and financial results. Collaboration will be central to the role, as you work with senior leadership and teams across the organization to ensure alignment and momentum.

What You’ll Lead

Operational Excellence
- Ensuring the business runs efficiently from sourcing to delivery
- Optimizing processes, supply chain coordination, and inventory planning
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Using data and forecasting to manage performance and guide decisions
Leadership
- Setting vision and direction for the division
- Building a culture of accountability, service, and strong communication
- Collaborating across business units to create shared value
- Representing the company at industry events and with key partners
About You

- Strong commercial mindset with solid operational understanding
- Skilled at building and maintaining customer and supplier relationships

- Proven ability to lead teams, inspire collaboration, and hold others accountable
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the industrial chemical or manufacturing sector
- Demonstrated success in sales growth, business development, and key account leadership
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Knowledge of bulk chemical handling, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
