About This Opportunity
The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company’s IT systems while providing user support services. This role contributes to the continual operation of our clinics and offices. This role provides day to day support to internal clients while working with other business units executing on projects to better the business.
This is a hybrid position requiring at least two days per week in office.

About This Opportunity
The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company’s IT systems while providing user support services. This role contributes to the continual operation of our clinics and offices. This role provides day to day support to internal clients while working with other business units executing on projects to better the business.
This is a hybrid position requiring at least two days per week in office.
Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day
- Participate in phone queue support
- Liaise with the Team Lead/Manager to identify barriers to FCR
- Fulfill requests, respond to incidents and manage assets, including assigning, reassigning and decommissioning
- 2-3 years of experience in an IT service desk role
- Strong technical or governance and compliance understanding
- A bachelor’s degree, college degree or equivalent experience in technology or a related field preferred
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification
- Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills and political acuity
- The ability to work in both English and French is preferred but not mandatory
- Continuous learning and skills development, including management opportunities
