Your role

You’ll be the main HR support for our managers and employees. It’s a hands-on generalist role where you step in, manage day-to-day needs, and keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide practical, clear HR guidance to managers.
• Support recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with our external partners.
• Handle employee questions and day-to-day HR requests.
• Manage employee relations issues with tact and good judgment.
• Contribute to improving HR processes, tools, and initiatives.
• Ensure policies are applied consistently and communicated clearly.
