Experienced Cooks at Quails' Gate Winery
About Quails’ Gate & Old Vines Restaurant
At Quails’ Gate, great wine starts in the vineyard — and the same philosophy applies to our kitchen. At Old Vines Restaurant, we support local farmers and consciously select the best ingredients our region has to offer. Our philosophy is one of fresh simplicity: the menu is inspired by regional Okanagan and West Coast ingredients prepared in the classical tradition. As a winery restaurant, wine is always a key starting point when a new dish is being developed.
Our kitchen environment is fast-paced, requiring team members to be excellent multi-taskers, detail-oriented, and possess a positive demeanour. Quails’ Gate is a dynamic, family-owned company rooted in the community, empowering our people to reach their full potential.
