IT Support Analyst - North America at BPP Holdings
An opportunity has arisen for an IT support Analyst to act as the initial touchpoint for both staff and students for IT support in North America, you’ll handle queries, incidents, and requests. Whether someone needs technical assistance or seeks information, you’ll be there to provide prompt and professional onsite and remote support.

You will be responsible for:
When users encounter technical problems, you’ll troubleshoot and aim for timely resolution working with both internal and external departments to deliver a high-quality service, contributing to a positive experience for both staff and students alike
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Demonstrates a strong passion for IT Support and Technology
- Self-motivated and committed.
- Be proactive with a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Windows OS (Mac OS Desirable)
- Knowledge of Office 365 applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable patience, and the ability to translate technical information to non-technical users.
- An ability to maintain accurate records and track progress effectively while handling multiple open tickets.
