What You’ll Be Contributing:

  • Support the Sales Account Executives (SAE) by providing the day-to-day support to the customer and ensuring communication is shared back to the SAE;
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner;
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their IT needs. manufacturer’s program, licensing, and provide relevant information about our products and services;
  • Participate in the on-going training programs and develop a deep understanding of our IT solutions.
  • Support registration processes and work with licensing and Service Pro teams.
  • Effectively communicate and understand the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
  • Prepare and provide accurate quotations for products/services, and collaborate with partners, PM and other teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of quotes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and stay informed about competing products/services.
  • Maintain up-to-date manufacturer bids and discounts to facilitate order processing with Purchasing, as well as any other information required for order fulfillment.
  • Capture opportunities and update information held in CRM.

What Sets You Apart:

  • High school degree required;
  • Three (3) years of related experience in a sales support environment, with experience in IT sales a strong asset;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work within a performance based environment and thrive in this type of setting;
  • Ambitious, goal driven, energetic, & self-motivated;
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and organizational skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently;
  • Experienced in CRM system and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.).
