Job Description

In this role, you will impact the company's success by developing and executing channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence through effective collaboration with channel partners. Your ability to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities will contribute to the company's overall success and solidify its position as a leader in the industry.

The Sr. Channel Business Manager will report directly to our Channel Sales Manager and will work remotely in the Toronto, ON area.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing support and guidance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling value propositions for channel partners.
  • Monitor and report on channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to channel partners to maximize their effectiveness.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage partner agreements.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent the company and strengthen relationships with partners.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in channel/partner management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strong leadership and team management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of proficient experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid G Driver’s license
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
