We are looking for a Concierge for our Head Office located in LaSalle, QC. Reporting to the Vendor Relationship Supervisor, the Concierge is responsible for running errands and maintaining the upkeep of the facilities and its grounds in our LaSalle and surrounding area locations.

Job Summary:

  • Support executives and internal teams with various service requests and organizational errands as needed.
  • Maintain overall facility cleanliness, appearance, and readiness, including seasonal support and light maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with and assist the Vendor Relations Supervisor on operational, administrative, and vendor-related activities.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure services provided meet company expectations.
  • Respond to occasional urgent or time-sensitive requests, including outside regular working hours when necessary.
  • Manage recycling, environmental upkeep, and other facility-related programs.
  • Perform additional operational duties and ad hoc responsibilities as required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing executive transportation and support for CEOs and shareholders, including running corporate errands and performing basic maintenance or handy tasks as needed.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong sense of prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong judgment and exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make sound decisions in dynamic situations.
  • Valid and recognized driver's license and a driving record in good standing
  • Must be able to be lift up to 50lbs, bend, lift and work in cold and warm conditions
  • Must be able to respond to urgent operational needs outside of regular business hours as needed.
  • Ability to work both in a team and autonomously
  • Bilingual, functional knowledge in French and English. The requirement of another language is required for this position as the candidate will be required to interact and communicate with suppliers and colleagues throughout North America
