Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end execution of railway infrastructure projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination abilities, and leadership to ensure timely completion within defined scope, cost, and quality standards, while adhering to safety and regulatory norms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and cost budgets.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and regulatory teams for seamless execution.

Monitor project progress using defined KPIs and take corrective action as required.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budget.

Identify risks and create effective mitigation strategies.

Manage all project documentation, reporting, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure full compliance with applicable railway construction standards, safety norms, and quality requirements.

Oversee project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Conduct site reviews, progress meetings, and vendor/client coordination.

Ensure timely billing, cost tracking, and resource utilization optimization.

Qualifications

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering ,B.Tech, ECE , EEE, Project Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, with preference for railway/metro projects.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

Project planning & scheduling (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)

Budget management & cost control

Risk identification & mitigation

Strong understanding of Indian Railways and allied regulatory standards

Proficient in stakeholder & client communication

Team leadership & resource management

Proficient in MS Office, project tracking tools, and reporting systems

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
