Job Description
Some of what you will do:
Responsible to assist the first line SDO management team by providing logistics support at the market level by routing orders, researching, resolving, and communicating fulfillment and delivery issues to the appropriate contacts at the B2B and B2C contact centres (and in Alpha, Salesforce and Shiptrack). Provide operational focus and functional coordination between the market’s delivery operations and call centres. Work is performed under the direction of the Delivery Manager/Supervisor.

- Location: 1845 Kingsway Ave, Units 1105-1140, Port Coquitlam, BC, V3C 1T1
- Shift: Full time, Mon to Fri, 10:30am to 7pm
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $46,000
- Resolve call center and customer inquiries within defined SLAs
- Update Salesforce cases and urgent logs in Manhattan and Alpha systems
- Coordinate second attempt same-day redeliveries and time-sensitive requests
- Support drivers with delivery calls, route issues, and reporting needs
- Complete end-of-day driver check-ins and produce daily exception reports
- Create and distribute daily LOS reports for internal fleet and external carriers
- Maintain delivery-related records (PODs, truck files, inspection reports, etc.)
- Research and track cargo loss claims
- Perform routing corrections and resolve geo-coding issues
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Transportation Manager/Supervisor
- Occasionally support deliveries on-road using a commercial vehicle
- High school education or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year administrative experience preferred.
- Previous data entry experience desired.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient keyboarding and data entry skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strives for excellent customer service both in person and via email or phone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of geographic area.
- Professional telephone and email manner.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safe work practices
