The Product Owner leads the enhancement of our core applications in alignment with Sentrex’s strategy and goals. You will work closely with business and development teams to execute and deliver key development priorities.
Being data-driven, user-centric, and managing multiple priorities across a line of business are required for success. The product owner’s goal is to deliver applications that help patients and physicians get access to care and support for specialty medications.
As Product Owner, you will be integral in creating solutions that connect our ecosystem and differentiate Sentrex from the competition. The Product Owner will be accountable for executing the product development lifecycle from ideation through prioritization, discovery, development, training, and launch.

The Product Owner will be accountable for executing the product development lifecycle from ideation through prioritization, discovery, development, training, and launch.
A Day in the Life (What you will do here):
- Prioritize the backlog to meet the needs of the business
- Convert business requirements into user stories then work with software developers to ensure they are clear on what is expected
- Participate in all sprint ceremonies during each two-week sprint development cycle including daily standups, grooming sessions, sprint retrospectives, and sprint demos
- Triage and document feature enhancement requests
- Liaise with internal partners to identify, define, and document product requirements, objectives, and scope
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiencies through product enhancements
- Coordinate the development of training materials
- Promote and advocate user adoption of the product
- Other duties as assigned by you manager
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Lead managing enterprise systems or workflow platforms
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Salesforce (SFDC), Monday.com or other work-management tools, ERP systems, telephony/contact-center platforms (e.g., Talk desk, Five9, RingCentral), Distribution software.
- Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and convert them into user stories, workflows, and configuration requirements
- Proven experience delivering enhancements that drive operational efficiency, visibility, and automation
- Strong understanding of business process design and ability to partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, sales, and IT
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum with backlog management, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing
- Data-driven mindset with ability to build reporting requirements and define success metrics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and explain system decisions to non-technical audiences
- Strong documentation, prioritization, and change-management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- You have a proven track record of developing trust and influence at multiple levels.
