What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online
- Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Support customers with our online booking system
- Help with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding
- Answer inquiries with kindness and accuracy
- Keep the ticket office organized and stocked
- Perform light cleaning and basic administrative tasks
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, and split shifts
- Ability to work from either of our Calgary location is required
- North Calgary (304 - 35 Avenue NE)
- Downtown Calgary (606 5 Ave SW)
- A friendly, service-first attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Quick learner with great attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
- Reliable team player who works well independently
- Employment is contingent upon receiving a favorable background check.
- Offering $17 per/hour
- Averaging 30-hours per week with full availability
