Dufresne Furniture and Appliances is currently seeking a Warehouse Merchandise Handler for our Selkirk store located at 374 Eveline St, Selkirk, MB R1A 1N3.
As a Warehouse Merchandise Handler you will provide your store support with visual presentation, warehousing, customer service, pick-ups, and movement of goods and merchandise.

Dufresne Furniture and Appliances is currently seeking a Warehouse Merchandise Handler for our Selkirk store located at 374 Eveline St, Selkirk, MB R1A 1N3.
As a Warehouse Merchandise Handler you will provide your store support with visual presentation, warehousing, customer service, pick-ups, and movement of goods and merchandise.

- Receive product, product returns, accessories and supplies and prepare outbound shipments.
- Prepare product for delivery or floor placement.
- Maintain and provide accurate inventory documentation for the warehouse and sales floor.
- Look after maintenance and housekeeping of exterior (i.e. grass cutting, shovelling, cleanliness).
- Conduct general store internal maintenance (i.e. light bulbs, putty of walls, general handy-person duties, garbage).
- Support loading and unloading of freight trailers.
- Keep warehouse area and sales floor organized and clean.
- Be responsible for advertising setup and takedown.
- Assist with home deliveries as required.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent skills and experience.
- At least three to six months of related experience and/or training.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn in-house inventory management systems.
- Ability to work during retail hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Physically fit, able to lift and move objects up to 100 pounds.
- Safety footwear is required.
