Schedule: Depends on program
Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekdays/Weekends: 4 to 12-hour shifts

- Providing clinical care tailored to each client’s needs, including:
- Pediatric care (school & home)
- Palliative care
- Wound care
- IV therapy
- Chronic disease management and health teaching
- Supporting clients with tracheostomy and/or ventilator needs (experience is an asset)
- Managing diabetes care (experience is an asset)
- Prioritizing care time over travel time with efficient scheduling

Qualifications
Education & Certification
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
- Additional certifications (e.g., CNA, LEAP, deSouza) are assets
- 1–2 years of recent experience, preferably in a community setting
- Experience with pediatrics, diabetes management, g tubes, and trach/vent care is an asset
- Valid G2 or G Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel within the Greater Hamilton/Burlington area in all weather conditions
