Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with wound care experience to join our care team. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and passionate about supporting clients in a home setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to clients in their homes
Perform advanced wound care, dressing changes, and ongoing monitoring
Complete assessments, medication administration, and chronic disease support
Collaborate with Care Coordinators and HCAs to deliver client-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare partners
Ensure all care meets Alberta Health standards and company policies
Requirements
Active and valid CLPNA license
Demonstrated Wound Care Experience (minimum 1 Year Preferred)
Home care or community nursing experience is an asset
Strong assessment and communication skills
Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused
