We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to assist our project managers on electrical infrastructure, high-voltage equipment, and lighting projects. The Assistant Project Manager will work in close collaboration with project managers to support all phases, from bidding to delivery. They will provide administrative and technical support while acting as a key link between the office, the job site, and the various stakeholders.
Support for Management and Coordination
Assist the project manager in planning and organizing the different project phases.
Prepare and manage project documentation (bids, contracts, purchase orders, invoicing) and coordinate documents with engineers, architects, and suppliers.
Participate in monitoring timelines, budgets, and resources.
Help manage unforeseen events and project changes.
Field Support and Communication
Assist the project manager during site visits to monitor the progress and quality of work.
Coordinate and ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment for the field teams.
Help maintain clear and regular communication between the office and the field.
Degree in electrical engineering, or another relevant equivalent education.
Relevant experience or a strong interest in project management in the construction sector.
Knowledge of electrical infrastructure systems, high-voltage equipment, and lighting.
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of Dynamics Business Central 365 is a plus).
Valid driver's license.
