• Treat recruiting like sales: identify prospects, cold call, pitch, and close.
• Build pipelines of high-value candidates through outbound hunting (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach).
• Use your persuasion and negotiation skills to sell opportunities, overcome objections, and close top candidates.
• Manage the full sales funnel of recruiting—prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers as your “clients,” understanding their needs and filling roles like closing deals.
• Consistently hit or exceed targets and KPIs, proving your competitive edge.

• Proven success in sales or recruiting, especially in roles with outreach, quotas, or commission-based structures.
• A hunter mentality—you’re energized by outbound calls, new connections, and closing hard-to-reach prospects.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills—you know how to get a “yes.”
