Paid Ads Specialist at NP Marketing
NP Dental Marketing is a boutique digital agency specializing in helping Dental practices elevate their online presence. We create strategic, patient-focused content and paid campaigns that support real growth for some of the most respected practices across Canada.
We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our small-but-mighty team — someone analytical and creative, proactive, and excited to build campaigns that truly move the needle.
This is a 4-day-per-week role (approx. 30 hours), with potential to grow.
- You love diving into data — analyzing performance, spotting trends, and making decisions based on numbers.
- You can juggle multiple projects and keep things organized, meeting deadlines and keeping promises.
- You take pride in delivering excellent work — you don’t settle for mediocre.
- You have a positive attitude, are kind, collaborative, and easy to work with (this matters to us!).
- You genuinely enjoy digital marketing and are excited by what great paid ads can achieve.
- You naturally stay updated on industry trends — from bidding strategies to creative performance benchmarks.
- You have a strong visual eye, but you understand that data leads and creativity supports.
- You bring a “don’t settle for second best” mentality.
- You’re a doer, thinker, and team player — and you thrive in a fast-moving, supportive team environment.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Begin with a paid media audit in your first month (Meta, Google, strategy, funnels, creatives, and tracking setup) to understand client performance and opportunities.
- Develop a multi-month campaign strategy (typically 4 months) that includes both video ad campaigns and static creatives, aligned with each client’s growth objectives.
- Plan, build, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and funnel conversions.
- Set up and manage ad groups, targeting, budgets, A/B tests, and performance tracking.
- Update creatives across Meta, TikTok, and Google to align with campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance weekly and propose clear optimization strategies.
Reporting
- Meet virtually with clients to present campaign results and discuss recommendations.
- Prepare quarterly performance reports for clients, highlighting key insights, optimization opportunities, and results.
- Maintain clear and organized performance tracking to support internal decision-making (frequency may vary depending on campaigns).
- Track KPIs such as leads, cost per lead, conversions, and ROAS.
- Ensure Facebook Pixel / GA4 events are firing and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Collaboration
- Work closely with our creative team to brief and optimise ad visuals.
- Support media planning and maintain all paid media calendars.
- Participate in internal trendwatching to bring fresh ideas into campaigns.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure campaigns follow best practices for healthcare and medical advertising.
- Maintain organized assets, naming conventions, and workflows (Meta, Google, Asana, Drive).
- Bilingual EN/FR (written + spoken) — required
- 1–3 years managing Meta and/or Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable making data-driven decisions
- Curious about AI and open to integrating AI tools into your workflow

Generous Time Off — 2 weeks vacation + full shutdown between Christmas & New Year.
