Your Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interventional Radiology (IR) Supply Coordinator to join our team. This critical support role ensures that all medical supplies required for IR procedures are available, properly stocked, and ordered in a timely manner. By maintaining efficient inventory systems and collaborating with clinical and supply chain teams, you will help deliver seamless patient care and operational excellence Description: As a Supply Coordinator, you will be required to perform numerous duties related to customer service and supply distribution functions. In this role you will initiate orders, track medical surgical supplies and equipment, track transactions, monitor inventory levels, manage repairs and loaner devices, and ensure that supplies are available for optimum patient care. You will also be responsible for inventory counts, record keeping, and documentation

Required Qualifications: Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Experience in health care procurement and shipping/receiving processes Additional Required Qualifications: Course in Healthcare Supply Chain Management required. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Excel required. Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or materials handling. Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in interventional radiology or a related medical field, is highly beneficial. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 15lbs. Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and oral. Demonstrated ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with interventional radiology procedures and associated supply requirements. Understanding of hospital supply chain processes and cost-control principles.
