Position: Operations Administrative Support
Location: 885 Memorial Drive, Fort McMurray, AB
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Work Environment: This is a full-time, in-office position.
Reporting To: Fort McMurray Operations Manager

JOB OVERVIEW
LN Land Development Technologies is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Operations Administrative Support professional to join our Fort McMurray team. This role is essential in supporting daily field and office operations through accurate documentation, strong coordination skills, and exceptional internal service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEMs & Project Documentation
Manage the full lifecycle of LEMs (Labour, Equipment, and Materials), including creation, tracking, distribution, and follow-ups for all field projects
Submit Daily Field Reports (DFRs) and compile weekly/monthly cost reports for clients
Operational & Supply Chain Support
Coordinate vendor purchase orders, supply chain logistics, and courier services for incoming and outgoing shipments
Perform local administrative errands such as procurement and mail handling within Fort McMurray
Maintain and replenish office supplies, PPE, and field equipment to ensure operational readiness
Employee & Office Support
Assist Human Resources with new employee onboarding, including workstation setup, PPE distribution, and first-day coordination
Support the LN Land company-wide switchboard and provide professional customer service for internal and external callers
Promote a clean, organized, and efficient office environment, identifying and implementing process improvements
Other Duties
Provide additional administrative and operational support as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous administrative support experience in an operations, construction, industrial, or field-based environment is an asset
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with field and office teams
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for work-related errands
