The Operations Analyst will play a key role in driving operational excellence, analyzing workflows, and supporting strategic initiatives to optimize business processes. What you’ll be doing:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to management, highlighting actionable insights.
- Evaluate existing workflows and processes to identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
- Assist in resolving operational challenges and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize various software tools and platforms to streamline operations and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide training and support to team members on operational systems as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks within operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an operations, analyst, or similar role.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
