Join QinetiQ Target Systems Canada (QTSC) as a Production Operator, where you’ll support the manufacture, testing, and operation of assemblies for uncrewed vehicles and support equipment used globally.
This is a safety-sensitive role that requires a strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll work hands-on with machinery, perform inspections, and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

This is a safety-sensitive role that requires a strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll work hands-on with machinery, perform inspections, and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble products using build instructions and drawings
- Test systems and sub-assemblies under supervision
- Conduct quality checks and inspections
- Maintain machinery and report issues
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Assist Engineering with documentation and testing
- Perform incoming inspections aligned with ISO-9001 standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
- Strong work ethic, flexibility, and resilience under pressure
- Effective communication and attention to detail
- Must be eligible for Canadian Class 2 Security Clearance
- Clean background and criminal record check required
- Comfortable working in noisy environments and wearing PPE
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks
- Willing to support and promote a positive safety culture
