What You Will Do
As a Stryker Sports Medicine Sales Representative, you are a trusted partner in brilliant visualization and unrivaled connected OR solutions. Stryker provides you with market leading technology with a respective bag of products that allows you to dominate market share. Stryker’s visualization platform enables you to distinguish anatomy across all minimally invasive procedures, while providing a simple, yet personalized experience. Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
Directly responsible for the promotion and sale of Stryker products
Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Products
Direct product evaluations in operating rooms, hospitals and office settings
May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings
Keep Regional Sales Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis
Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion
Assist in the training and development of sales personnel
Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products
Must understand and adhere to all operating room and pertinent Occupational Health and Safety Act guidelines when conducting a product evaluation
What You Need
Required:
Post secondary education
1-2 years of sales or clinical experience
Preferred:
Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing, or a degree in a health related discipline, science, or kinesiology
3+ years of sales experience
Additional Information
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations.
Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
Must have a valid driver's license
