The Junior Graphic Design Intern will support the Business Development, Marketing, and Studio teams by creating high-quality visual assets for both internal and client-facing materials. This role provides hands-on exposure to design within a fast-paced global communications agency and offers the opportunity to contribute to pitch decks, social media content, marketing collateral, and brand communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn within a multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual assets including pitch decks, social media graphics, marketing collateral, digital ads, client materials, and web banners.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to support the creation of compelling pitch materials and campaign visuals.
- Collaborate with the Studio team to update, refine, and adapt design templates and branded assets (e.g., logos, brand guidelines, brochures, reports).
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and follow established visual guidelines.
- Contribute ideas during creative sessions and support concept development for presentations and campaigns.
- Assist with organizing design files, tracking deadlines, managing project briefs, and ensuring timely delivery of final assets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Recently completed or currently completing a degree/certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with digital asset creation, presentation design, and basic motion graphics is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, work under tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing design work across digital and/or print media.
