Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest
- Be prepared for a fast-paced work environment with changing conditions
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Work in a team environment as well as independently
- Greet and welcome all Lake Minnewanka guests; answer emails and phone calls
- Ensure smooth operation by coordinating tour boats departures; operate radio communication hub
- Operate all POS systems for bookings, ticketing & retails; handle cash and credit transactions
- Understand and promote all products, services and policies offered by Pursuit BJC
- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked retail floor
- Sustain a safe environment in all areas controlled by Lake Minnewanka Cruise
- Participate in the global effort to keep all areas of Minnewanka clean and wildlife safe
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to think calmly and clearly in any situation
- Cash handling experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Second language an asset
