Position Requirements What You’ll Bring to this Position:
- Bilingual (fluent in French and English).
- 3 years of experience working in an administrative support role.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Skills That Will Ensure Your Success in the Role:
- Working knowledge of, and experience with, the University of Regina’s academic policies, procedures and processes including La Cité’s non-credit programs.
- Familiar with La Cité’s academic programs and university policies.
- Excellent organizational skills including a proven ability to work effectively, prioritize work, accomplish tasks correctly and on-time with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills in order to effectively communicate with a diverse group of faculty, staff, students and the community.
- Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate methods to handle confidential material.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain effective collegial working relationships.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of database and information systems including Banner, Caspur reports, DCU scheduling, Marketplace, etc.
- Attention to detail is essential.

- Connaissance pratique et expérience des politiques, procédures et processus académiques de l’Université de Regina, y compris les programmes non crédités de La Cité.
- Connaissance et compréhension des programmes universitaires et non crédités de La Cité.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, y compris une capacité avérée à travailler efficacement, à établir des priorités, à accomplir des tâches avec précision et dans les délais impartis, avec un minimum de supervision.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale afin de communiquer efficacement avec un groupe diversifié de membres du personnel, d’étudiants et de membres de la communauté.
- Connaissance démontrée des méthodes appropriées pour traiter les documents confidentiels.
- Compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles et capacité à développer et à maintenir des relations de travail collégiales efficaces.
- Maîtrise de l’utilisation de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Access et PowerPoint).
- Connaissance démontrée d’une variété de bases de données et de systèmes d’information, notamment Banner, les rapports Caspur, la planification DCU, Marketplace, etc.
- Porter attention aux détails.
