Machine Operator / General Labour – All Shifts Available
Location: Cambridge, ON
Pay Rate: $19.25/hour
Shift Options: Days, Afternoons, and Nights

Canadian Executive Search Group is currently seeking Machine Operators and General Labourers for an automotive production facility in the Cambridge area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to high-quality automotive production.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

• 
  

  Load, unload, and handle automotive parts and materials

• 
  

  Perform repetitive tasks, assembly support, and general labour duties

• 
  

  Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure parts meet production standards

• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety guidelines

• 
  

  Lift and move materials as required

• 
  

  Follow all health and safety protocols and wear required PPE

Requirements:

• 
  

  Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience an asset

• 
  

  Comfortable performing heavy, repetitive lifting and standing for extended periods

• 
  

  Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced automotive environment

• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• 
  

  Steel-toe safety shoes/boots required

• 
  

  Reliable transportation to and from the facility
