Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy and Transformation, the Senior Manager, Data and Systems Performance will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s data governance and digital transformation journey. This position is responsible for driving enterprise-wide data quality, optimizing system performance, and partnering with technology teams to enable seamless data flows.
More specifically, you will be responsible to
- Implement, improve and animate data control & governance
- Drive enterprise data enhancement
- Partner with IS-IT on new systems/technology to ensure proper data flows
- Contribute to Enterprise digital transformation roadmap
- Contribute to data & analytics transformational projects portfolio in conjunction with IT Sr Product owner
- Maintain enterprise process mapping, collaborating with all functions subject matter experts.
- Identify capabilities gaps & uses cases for innovation
- Bachelor and/or master’s degree in data/computer science, business analytics, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Data & Technology
- Data management and Business intelligence expertise (Power BI, ERP, …)
- Enterprise Process Design capabilities and process mapping expertise
- Automation knowledge capabilities RPA, PowerQuery, …
- Microsoft office suite inclusive of Visio
- Ability to drive change
- Analytical skills and business Acumen
- Strategically focused with Collaboration orientation
