Reporting to the Director of the Adult Inpatient Program. The Administrative Support IV would support designated service teams and associated Unit Managers. This position is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support including preparing correspondence and reports, maintaining filing systems, organizing meetings and recording minutes, booking appointments, answering inquiries, tracking data and information, performing office administration and reception duties and participating in various projects. Human resources support: Assisting with new hire paperwork and employee record keeping. The candidate must be able to work well with managers and staff and have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced multi-task environment. Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum one year Office Administration Diploma with 2-5 years relevant experience or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings. A knowledge and application of E-People, Oracle (iProcurement and iExpenses), eFacilities and Recruitment Management System (RMS) software or proficiency in similar programs and ability to become efficient are also required. Current experience with WFM is a definite asset to this position, as well as, experience with scheduling, timekeeping and payroll. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills. Advanced organizational skills and the ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality. Dedicated client-focus and professional telephone etiquette. Willingness and the ability to adapt to new situations and change.

Preferred Qualifications:
