As an F&I Manager at Steele Halifax Chrysler, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, seamless purchasing experience for our customers. Your expertise and rapport will guide them through financing options, recommend essential add-ons, and help finalize their vehicle purchase with confidence. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Facilitate Financing Options: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.
• Credit Management: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.
• Sales of Add-Ons: Offer valuable products like extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Transaction Completion: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
• Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in sales and automotive finance, with knowledge of credit reports and subprime financing, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build trust and close deals
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a seamless purchasing experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to learn and grow
• Previous automotive experience is a strong asset
