We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager, Change Management to join our team! You will play a pivotal role by creating and implementing change management strategies, best practices and programs that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. You will act as a coach and advisor for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsors. You will also provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they help their teams through transitions and support the project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
The role requires a leader with experience in leading change management within complex transformative initiatives and can build relationships and steward change across all areas of the organization. In this people centric role, the work ensures our technical advancements translate into real-world benefits, fostering a culture of adaptability, innovations, and continuous improvement.
Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in-office and remote working days throughout the week.

What You Will Do
Build and lead the Change Management Strategy and Activities:
- Develop and implement a multi-year and comprehensive change management strategy, to assist with aligning leadership to the vision and program objectives.
- Apply a creative mix of new and existing frameworks, methodologies, and tools to ensure effective delivery of change initiatives.
- Complete change management assessments and understand change readiness and change impacts and identify key stakeholder groups support the various change initiatives across the organization.
- Scope, plan, design and implement change and engagement activities to enable single and multi-year programs and support the adoption of changes required by transformation initiatives.
- Identify any change-related program risks and recommend mitigation steps.
- Develop and embed change management best practices within the projects and programs to help anticipate, identify, and mitigate resistance, while ensuring a focus of adoption .
- Design and implement effective communication and training strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize the change fatigue.
- Ensure employees get the training and support they need to navigate through change, as well as the skills and knowledge they require to be successful in the new world, with support from various teams and frameworks.
- Help equip leaders with the tools, skills, and information they need to successfully lead their teams through change as well as navigate it themselves .
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
- Through a federated model, provide coaching, training, tools, templates to project teams, integrating change management best practice and activities into project plans.
- Identify key stakeholders, change agents and champions to help fuel change management progress to ensure support and buy in for the change initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate stakeholder sessions across multiple teams to align leadership to the strategic vision and program objectives.
- Provide input and support the design/delivery of change learning programs.
- Engage and collaborate with other team members and partners throughout the transformation journey to plan and deliver on transformation priorities.
- Develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement communications and sustainment plans that support stakeholders throughout the change journey.
- Provide direct coaching to managers and supervisors as required.
- Define, develop KPIs / success metrics, and monitor change progress utilizing strategic dashboards.
- Run analyses and review results against performance targets to track the progress and impact of change initiatives including benefits realized.
- Create methods to identify possible change conflicts and collisions, risks and share results with leadership teams and stakeholders to assist with strategic planning, prioritization, and sequencing of various change initiatives.
- Evaluate and report on end-user readiness.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g. CCMP, CMS, etc.)
- Minimum 10 years of change management experience, preferably within the financial services or related industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading change management and communication activities within complex transformative initiatives/organizations.
- Advanced verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization and lead stakeholders towards a shared vision.
- Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholder relationships in a complex, matrix environment.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, with an ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
- Robust organizational skills to coordinate and prioritize several concurrent projects.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Excellent understanding of program and project management principles and methodologies.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others with a focus on collective goals.
