Who You'll Work With
The Project Analyst will report to the Manager, Special Projects, Training & Coaching.
What You'll Do
- Ensure successful execution of tasks and responsibilities assigned while on specific projects.
- Maintain a good background knowledge and understanding of project objectives
- Perform a variety or responsible tasks based on good background knowledge of relevant legislation rules and policies
- Explain concepts and procedures to individuals with less experience
- Work under the direction of Project Senior to complete duties as assigned
- Set priorities of specific project tasks
- Check for conformity with preset standards while assessing a variety of documents or information and authorizing adjustments within those limits
- Other duties as assigned
- Good background knowledge of pertinent legislation, regulations and OTPP policies.
- Ability to evaluate information, to check for conformity with preset standards, and to authorize a solution within those limits.
- Very good English language skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to organize daily work, flexibility, good adaptability to changes, and capability to complete work within set time limits are a must.
- Ability to review work of others.
