The mission for our new Automotive General Manager starts by defining success and setting aggressive action plans for department heads monthly and weekly. You’ll seize control of variable and fixed operations, relentlessly driving greatness down the ranks and maximizing profitability built on our proprietary workflows and award-winning processes. You’ll focus on evolving a dominant appointment culture and an elite customer experience. You coach department leaders into 'A' players, ensuring every team member is on a defined path to success. You certify that all operational processes are flawlessly executed, that assets are protected, and that complex customer issues are resolved decisively for good. You will be the undisputed force behind the dealership's escalating success because you put the business and our team first.

Position Performance Expectations
- Net profit % of sales targets to exceed 4%+
- Dealership CSI – Sales (98%+) Service (95%+)
- 2500 service hours produced monthly by year-end 2026
- All staff retention targets are being achieved by position
- 70%+ of vehicle sales to be generated by repeat and referral sales
- Fixed Operations Net Profit Targets: Service (20%+) Parts (32%+)

Qualifications Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of automotive experience
- Minimum of 3 years working as a General Manager of a store with 50+ employees.
- Must have a strong understanding of running a service business development center and developing an appointment culture
- Must have a strong understanding of implementing and executing a customer experience process.
