Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Technician/Technologist to support design, drafting, field inspections, and project coordination across office and construction site environments. This role requires strong technical, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing engineering specifications, drawings, and project documentation
• Prepare engineering designs, AutoCAD drawings, material estimates, and construction specifications
• Participate in and/or lead field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations
• Conduct testing of construction materials and support project schedules
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout all phases
  
  

Requirements

• College/CEGEP diploma in a relevant field (1-2 years)
• 2-3 years of experience in engineering, construction, or a related field
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's licence and access to personal transportation
• Ability to work in both office and on-site environments
• Steel-toed safety boots required
