Regional Sales Manager at Lambert Nemec Group
Position Overview:
Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected organization in search of a Regional Sales Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to manage a Western Canada and U.S. territory, driving net-new software sales to manufacturing clients. The successful candidate will combine a hunter mindset with strong technical acumen, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle, building meaningful relationships, and closing deals that contribute directly to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end sales process for a portfolio of manufacturing clients, from initial prospecting to final close.
Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts, leveraging phone and virtual communications to build rapport and demonstrate value.
Conduct engaging virtual product demonstrations and lead prospects to webinars, seminars, and informative sessions.
Maintain an active sales pipeline, managing CRM records, forecasting revenue, and ensuring consistent follow-up on opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Customer Service, Support, Consulting, Marketing, and Accounting—to ensure seamless client experiences.
Partner with resellers and referral networks to expand reach and leverage existing client relationships.
Represent the company at select North American trade shows and industry events.
Requirements:
Proven track record in software sales, selling into manufacturing environments.
Minimum 5 years of experience in net-new business development with full sales cycle ownership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, paired with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable managing a high-volume outbound calling schedule and virtual client interactions.
Canadian citizen with valid passport; English proficiency required.
