Communications Coordinator at Volker Stevin
At Volker Stevin, our Communications team helps define and share the story of who we are - our values, our work, and our commitment to the communities we serve. Every message we craft and every channel we support contributes to a larger narrative: one that strengthens employee engagement, connects our family of companies, and builds a consistent and unified brand.
We’re looking for a Communications Coordinator for a 9 month assignment. This will be a contract position and ideally the right person will have a few years of communications experience. If you are someone who is organized, creative, and curious, who enjoys uncovering stories and turning ideas into meaningful content, this position could be for you. If you’re an emerging communicator who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment and wants to play a part in shaping how employees experience and understand our organization, this role offers the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact within Volker.
Reporting to the Senior Communications Specialist, you’ll work closely with teams across all business functions, helping bring clarity, consistency, and personality to our communications. From sharing project milestones to highlighting employee achievements to supporting change across our business, you’ll contribute to the stories that move our organization forward. If you’re a strategic and creative communicator with a talent for building narratives and supporting positive change, we’d be excited to have you join us and help shape the future of communications at Volker Stevin.
