Shift / Hours

• Shift could vary:
• Monday to Friday 8 hours per day plus overtime as required
• 5 X 8 overtime as required
• 6 Days x 8 Hours - start time 5:45 am
  
  

The Canadian Union of Skilled Workers (CUSW) is a progressive, member-driven union representing highly skilled tradespeople across Canada. We are currently recruiting Red Seal Certified Electricians for multiple commercial construction projects throughout Quebec.

CUSW ensures that all regulatory documentation is completed, allowing members to work in Quebec legally and efficiently (if not living in Quebec). We are committed to creating seamless transitions and supportive job site environments for our workforce.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in commercial electrical installations.
• Proficiency in conduit work, cable tray systems, and distribution systems.
• Skilled with both power tools and hand tools used in the trade.
• Competent in blueprint and schematic interpretation.
• Candidates must be proficient in English (French speaking or bilingual is an asset) to qualify for these projects.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Wage Package: $62.54/hour
• Base Rate: $48.37/hour (based on 40-hour workweek)
• Vacation Pay: 13%
• Pension and Benefits Contributions included
• Travel and Board provided as applicable

Travel And Board

• Less than 480 km from residence: $175/day (4 days/week) 175/day x 4 days
• More than 480 km from residence: $175/day (4 days/week) 175/day x 6 days
