Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate or lifestyle media production with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in camera operation, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment
• Advanced editing skills using Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, Lightroom, and Photoshop; familiarity with CapCut, Descript, or motion graphics is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and reliably
• Flexible schedule with availability for both field shoots and remote editing
