About the Role

As Regional Vice President, you will turn regional strategy into action, lead high-performing teams, and ensure strong results across the company's core areas. You will drive growth in services, clients, and markets while fostering a positive, collaborative, and empowering work culture.


Key Responsibilities


  • Execute the Vancouver Region Strategy 2030 and turn strategic priorities into action.
  • Improve collaboration, integration, and innovation across branches and disciplines.
  • Build a strong, people-focused culture based on trust, inclusion, and accountability.
  • Mentor and develop leaders; support succession planning and talent growth.
  • Strengthen engagement, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging across teams
  • Optimize project delivery, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead process improvements, support technology adoption, and drive sustainable growth.
  • Work closely with Market Sector VPs and Technical Service Groups to deliver integrated services.
  • Grow client relationships and identify new opportunities in key markets.
  • Support major pursuits, proposals, and strategic positioning.
  • Promote coordinated client management and cross-selling.
  • Deliver regional financial targets, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs.
  • Balance profitability with investments in people, innovation, and future capacity.
  • Lead safety, quality, and risk management practices across the region.
  • Resolve issues proactively and support timely decision-making.



Qualifications


  • Senior leadership experience in consulting, engineering, geomatics, environmental, or related services.
  • Strong knowledge of the Vancouver/Lower Mainland market.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver strategic, operational, and financial results.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategy and drive operational excellence
  • People-first leadership style with strengths in mentorship and talent development.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and change leadership skills.
  • Professional accreditation in a relevant technical field.
  • 15-20+ years of consulting experience, including 8-10+ years in senior leadership roles.
