Position: Video Producer

Role Responsibilities
- Produce end-to-end video content, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Organize and structure footage to deliver clear, narrative-driven videos aligned with project requirements.
- Ensure technical accuracy in lighting, sound, resolution, and overall video quality.
- Follow detailed production guidelines and maintain high visual consistency across materials.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and deliver all content within defined timelines.
Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience in professional video production across commercial, educational, or creative settings.
- Mastery of video production tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling ability and experience structuring clear, concise video narratives.
- Excellent attention to detail and technical execution in both filming and editing.
- Ability to work independently and produce polished work on short timelines.
