What You Will Do

  • Lead the design, prototyping, and validation of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
  • Architect subsystems for performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
  • Guide and review the work of junior engineers.
  • Drive product certification and compliance (CE, UL, CSA, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, user-friendly products.
  • Stay ahead of additive manufacturing technology and push its capabilities further.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience across the full product development cycle.
  • SolidWorks (or similar 3D CAD) expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design, kinematics, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with thermal systems, sensors, and controllers.
  • OIQ/Professional Engineer designation.
  • Experience with manufacturing methods for high-performance products.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with PLM/document control systems.
  • Nice to Have:

    • Electronics or circuit design skills.
    • Programming experience (Python).
    • Industrial design exposure.
