A newly established firm in Vancouver, BC, looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to take the lead on both residential and commercial real estate files.
We're seeking a lawyer with 2-4 years of experience in real estate law who can work independently, supervise support staff, and manage high-volume transactions with confidence and precision.

We're seeking a lawyer with 2-4 years of experience in real estate law who can work independently, supervise support staff, and manage high-volume transactions with confidence and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to purchases, sales, mortgages, and pre-construction agreements
- Conduct thorough legal research on BC real estate laws and regulations
- Review complex loan commitments and financing documents
- Attend closings and register transactions using Teraview
- Prepare and review reporting letters and closing documentation
- Supervise legal assistants and junior/senior clerks
- Maintain professional relationships with real estate agents, developers, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Handle a high volume of files while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail
- 2-4 years of experience practicing real estate law, or a combination of 1-2 years as a Real Estate Clerk plus experience as a lawyer
- Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Strong industry knowledge in both residential and commercial markets
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple files under pressure
- Experience with high-value transactions is a strong asset
- Proficiency with Teraview and other real estate software is required
- Connections within the real estate industry (agents, developers, lenders, etc.) are highly valued
- Commission based role
