Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and clarity on project deliverables.
Utilize the SAFe Framework to streamline processes and enhance team collaboration.
Implement Kanban practices to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
Leverage Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
Apply Agile methodologies to adapt to changing priorities and deliver incremental value.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation to support decision-making and future reference.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform strategic planning.
Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data-driven insights.
Support the development of user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical requirements.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Payments and Banking domain knowledge is a must
Demonstrate proficiency in the SAFe Framework showcasing the ability to lead agile transformations.
Exhibit expertise in Confluence enabling effective documentation and collaboration.
Possess strong knowledge of Kanban principles to drive process improvements.
Show experience in Agile methodologies ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to change.
Have excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and consensus building.
Display analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
