Supply Chain Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide support to the procurement team by proactively researching, recommending and implementing enhancements to the procurement processes and systems and to ensure integrity of functional corporate business systems.
  • The role will identify impacts of business system on interdepartmental processes and standard procurement processes.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of supply chain policies and procedures and the introduction of new products and services for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provides input when necessary to any changes to the Procurement policies and procedures
  • Reviews, updates and implements new and existing forms related to supply chain management
  • Responsible for data integrity and accuracy of information in procurement systems including JD Enterprise 1, eSolutions, vendor management software
  • Responsible for reviewing and updating the Supply Chain section of the Corporate Intranet site · Responsible for reporting and KPI updating for the supply chain team
  • Analyze historical data trends and provides recommendations for change to processes and systems
  • Responsible for data extraction from business systems and critical analysis of information for the PPA, PUB inquiries, third- party information requests, RFI’s, budgeting and ATIPP request


What You’ll Need:
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or Commerce or equivalent related field and/ or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • SCMP designation would be considered an asset
  • Possess a minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience of working in supply chain management and two to three (2-3) years of experience in development, upgrade, training, testing and support of business systems utilities experience would be an asset.
