Position Overview
The Merchandising Coordinator is an integral operational function within the merchandising team supporting critical business deliverables and organizational needs. This position will be accountable for working closely with the team in partnership with product operations to manage and help execute critical deliverables. This person is detail oriented, highly organized and operates with an entrepreneurial spirit. This is a maternity leave cover for 12 months.

About The Role
- Deliverable Management and Outlook: Keeping up to date with the integrated calendar, ensuring merchandising deliverables are met.
- Meeting Management: Helps to facilitate meetings with clear agendas and recapping action points where required.
- Continuous attention to process improvement and change management implementation.
- Partners closely with product operations team to maintain understanding of team deliverables, operations best practice and process improvements
- Managing the consolidation of key cross functional Merchandising tools for a centralized view for stakeholders. This could include help with presentation builds, line list updates, Miro board updates
- Responsible for color/ style naming translation and legal approvals
- Supports Merchants with administrative tasks where required (such as PLM data entry)
- Facilitate sample coordination and presentation preparation
- Assist with operational needs pertaining to special projects (samples, PLM)
- Help on trade analysis
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners.
